DRUG OFFENCES
Drug offences in Canada are severe and impactful. These charges are not to be taken lightly.
A conviction for a drug-related offence can carry a Criminal Record, the potential loss of employment and the possibility of being denied entry into some countries.
More serious charges under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act can land you in jail:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Trafficking
- Importing/Exporting
- Cultivation
If you have been charged, you will need the immediate help of a professional.
