What is a Medical Driver License Suspension?

Additionally, you will receive a mandatory six-month suspension of your license after the medical suspension has been lifted. In serious cases, you can face a term of imprisonment, which does not exceed six months. Your insurance company may increase your insurance rate for up to three years after the incident occurs.
